The Pakistan American Chamber of Commerce Council (CPACC), a non-profit organization, was founded in 1989. CPACC is dedicated to the development and promotion of commercial and trade activities between the business communities of Pakistan and United States of America.

CPACC's Goals are:
1. Promoting measures to benefit and protect the interest in Pakistan of companies and citizens of the United States and vice versa;
2. Representing and expressing the opinions of the business community of the United States regarding trade, investment, commerce, finance, industry and related questions;
3. Collecting, evaluating and disseminating among its members, statiscal and other information concerning commerce or other undertakings of interest to them.
